Very exciting news...
Apparently new Apple Laptops made of one-piece aluminium, thinner and faster and it looks like with lots of new features....
Ill be getting one next week!

Well, ive ordered my new macbook pro but this update was a major blow for users of firewire as the new macbooks no longer have a firewire port. I can see apples thinking in dropping the ports (ie make the pro users by the pro named laptop) but the computers are so similar and if it was done to cut costs then why hasnt this been passed on to the customers?? The new macbooks arent any cheaper for it!! Thankfully the pro still has firewire 800 that is backwards compatible with firewire 400 devices...im now thinking about getting an interface that uses the express card slot rather than firewire as these moves by apple put the future of firewire in some doubt in my head! What do you think about this move?
